The TYRE and MOT centre
is part of the Autocentre group, and is one of
the two largest independent garage networks in
the Basingstoke area which has been slowly expanding
over the years. There are many benefits of being
a multi site independent, not being tied to any

TV advertising campaigns, so passing on the savings

When carrying out customer surveys, one of the
points raised was customer worries about driving
their own
cars into the workshop and on to ramps. Policy
was changed now the customer hands the keys
over to the
receptionist and waits in our comfortable waiting
area while we are responsible for driving your
car on and off ramps. Other requests now implemented
are, free tea coffee, small kids toy area, outside
